History

K.A.C. Group was founded in 1997. In the same year, the company’s experts released their first book “Business in Ukraine and Beyond”.

Already in the third year of its existence, Kyiv Audit Service was nominated in the Kyiv City Rating of “100 Best Kyiv Enterprises” in its category.

In 1999, Kyiv Audit Service became one of the co-founders of the Association of Free Economic Zones of Ukraine, acted as a consultant to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Zaporizhzhya and Donetsk Regional State Administrations on the creation of special economic zones of a financial type. In 2001, with our participation, large investment projects were implemented in the “Sivash” special economic zone (Crimea). Until 2005 inclusive, K.A.C. Group actively popularized Ukrainian SEZs and priority development zones at numerous international conferences under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Adam Smith Institute, Nexia International and others.

In the 2000s, K.A.C. Group defined its niche professional specialization as “tax and corporate consulting at the intersection of Ukrainian and foreign legislations”.

Since 2004, Kyiv Audit Service has been constantly included in the List of the State Commission for National Securities and Stock Market with the right to audit financial institutions.

In May 2013, by Decision No. 271/8, the Audit Chamber of Ukraine confirmed that the company passed quality control.

According to the results of the national statistical ranking of the National Business Rating in 2016, the company entered the “Top 100” in the field of audit and tax consulting.
