Cyprus Extends Deadline for the Submission of Corporate Tax Declarations till November 30, 2025
The Cyprus Tax Department announces that, according to a new decision of the Tax Commissioner, persons not required to submit the Consolidated Table of Information on Controlled Transactions and self-employed persons required to file a report for the 2023 tax year (Form TF1) may submit a corporate income tax return (Form TF4) until November 30, 2025 without being charged a financial fee.
Non-timely submission of declarations after November 30, 2025 entails the imposition of a fine of €100.
November 30, 2025 is also the final date for the submission of the income declaration for the tax year 2023 by persons who, based on the provisions of Article 33(10) of the Income Tax Laws of 2003 to (No.2) of 2024, is obliged to submit a Summary Table of Information on Controlled Transactions.
