Panama Updates CRS List of Juridistictions for Automatic Exchange

On May 27, the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Panama published Executive Decree No. 21 of May 27, 2026 in the Official Gazette, which provides an updated list of reportable jurisdictions for the purpose of the automatic exchange of financial information under the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) in 2026 in respect of the 2025 fiscal year.

The list contains 91 jurisdictions:
