K.A.C. Group Partner Tetiana Yanovska Took Part in the 4th INDUSTRY • CRAFT • HoReCa Forum

On October 15, Tetiana Yanovska, Senior Partner at K.A.C. Group, attended the 4th INDUSTRY • CRAFT • HoReCa Development and Partnership Forum, organized by the National University of Food Technologies and the international community “UKRAINKY”.

Over 250 representatives from the business sector, the food industry, and craft production discussed strategies for strengthening and growing enterprises within the food industry, covering the following areas:

– Technological modernization and innovation: new products, modern production solutions, and enhancement of quality and efficiency in technological processes.

– Production economics: cost optimization, efficient resource utilization, risk management, and adaptation of business models to contemporary challenges.

– Sales and new markets: development of distribution channels, engagement with retail chains and the restaurant sector, business scaling, and export prospects.

– Industry and craft: development of local brands, preservation of gastronomic identity, and integration of traditional techniques with modern production approaches.

– Science, education, and business: technology transfer, the implementation of applied research, professional training, and the application of scientific expertise to address production-related challenges. – International cooperation – expanding business contacts, integrating Ukrainian producers into global supply chains, and promoting them in foreign markets.

In addition to discussions and panel sessions, guests had the opportunity to visit an exhibition featuring Ukrainian producers, ranging from industrial enterprises to artisanal brands, as well as attend presentations and tastings.
